To be an ofence under that act words or behaviour have to be threatening. He has been charged under s5 Public Order Act but since he was taking part in a legitimate demonstration and was expressing a perfectly valid viepoint how can that be a crime. The former General Secretary of the UN once said that all religons are simply succesful cults.
